Our client is presently in search of a full-time Yacht Charter Broker to join their team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing client relationships and bookings to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries and designing customised yacht charters, collaborating closely with clients to ensure every aspect of their charter is flawless.
Based in either Monaco or London, you will be required to be happy with extensive travel. Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to manage the diary of a CEO and a Manager within the organisation of this amazing yachting company based in Southampton. You will be managing any administrative tasks and your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

We are currently looking for an Office Manager/Administrator to join a yachting based business in Hampshire. You will work in the office full time as part of a team of 4 with other contractors to look after. Your day to day duties will include administration for all current and future projects, scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating travel for the Team. You will be responsible for ordering contractors uniform as well as taking on all expense duties and arranging invoicing. This is a varied and multi-faceted role that will see you getting involved with all projects onboard. There are apartments within Europe so you will be organising all the bills and any maintenance that needs to be carried out for managing those properties. This is the chance to take care of a good team, be kept busy and a possible option to travel to yacht shows and events.

We have a Detailing Upholstery Company looking for 2 candidates to join their dynamic team based in the South of France with other travel opportunities. They provide a prestigious upholstery cleaning service onboard luxury yachts and exclusive villas. You will work within a team that knows which is best for the client's specific needs. Training will be provided. Your role will include offering high-quality upholstery cleaning. You will specialise in the cleaning and restoration of yacht carpets and soft furnishings. In order to get the best results for all clients, you and your team of technicians must attain a high level of skill and industry knowledge and be able to operate powerful machinery. Mastery and knowledge of trades and machines are required. Frequent travel abroad opportunities. You will need a clean driving license as you will also drive company vehicles. This is a team environment and can be great fun. They are offering a 3-month contract with the option to have that extended. You will need to have a European passport or Carte de Séjour.

Hydraulics & Lifting Technican - SS6
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Senior Lifting Inspector and Hydraulics Technician to join a company based in the South of France. You will be providing support and services to the Superyacht Industry so being willing to work, learn, travel, and provide excellent customer service is very important. This company will help you develop your strong sides and provide the opportunity to grow within your career.
The Lifting Inspector role will involve the inspection, functional testing, repair and maintenance of lifting, boarding and working at height equipment onboard the vessels. The work will be undertaken onboard in the Marinas and at various European shipyard locations from Italy, Monaco, France and Spain. Occasional worldwide travel for projects is required, as well as occasional work outside regular business hours.
Your role will include refits, repairs and servicing of lifting equipment (especially Cranes and Davits) in accordance with Company and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) procedures and requirements. You will be attending Hydraulic Equipment breakdowns – diagnosis, client communication providing technical solutions in a clear manner, carrying out a thorough examination and load testing of lifting and working at height equipment and accessories in line with company procedures on clients’ equipment to ensure regulatory compliance and report on condition. You will also need to provide written reports, and customer safety information recommend compliance procedures and advise customers on the correct selection and use of lifting and working at height equipment.

You will perform a variety of clerical tasks to support all technical operations and refit projects. You will attend meetings and prepare minutes, track budgets and compile vendor quotes. You will also prepare all paperwork for meetings and maintain the technical department's diary. There will be a large amount of admin to keep on top so you must be able to be organised at all times. SHORESIDE is looking for a Yachts Accountant based in the US. Working closely with other members of the team, the Yacht Accountant is responsible for assisting the Yacht Manager in compiling client-focused reports, providing economic analysis of each vessel and exploring areas for improvements that could lead to potential cost savings and improved efficiencies across the fleet.

Charter and Fleet Manager - SS2
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Fleet Manager
- Responsibility for ensuring technical compliance with flag and class requirements across the fleet.
- Deliver safe and efficient Technical Management ensuring contractual perspectives.
- Build good relations and carry direct engagement with the crew, owners rep and contractors.
- Deliver drydocking projects on time and within budget.
- Continually monitoring business and financial plans, targets and submitting accurate and timely reports.
- To leverage best practices to ensure ongoing safety of operations from an engineering perspective; that regulatory expectations of ISM Code Compliance are being met.
- To act as the on-call Marine Emergency Coordinator.

Broker Assistant - SS1
Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for a Brokers Assistant to work in the South of France.
- Keeping up to date with all the information of the Brokers’ client portfolios & charter fleet & public information.
- Participate in yacht shows & open days.
- Preparation of relevant documentation for each yacht displayed.
- General office duties (log and manage enquiries for all sources: web, phone, email, etc.).
- Acknowledging & following all company procedures and complying with due diligence and KYC requirements.
- Producing periodic reports.
- Prepare marketing materials & communicate with central agents, external brokers and clients.
- Manage the client database and prepare yacht selections and mailings as instructed by Brokers.
- Liaise with the Listings department for any update of information.
