Role & Responsibilities
Shoreside is presently acting as the representative for a distinguished super yacht charter company. Their team excels in the benefits of traditional brokerage with new strategies in yacht chartering, sales, management, and new construction. With substantial business growth underway, they aim to onboard a passionate yacht broker to enhance their vibrant team, capable of handling both chartering and sales responsibilities.
Our client is presently in search of a full-time Yacht Charter Broker to join their team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing client relationships and bookings to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries and designing customised yacht charters, collaborating closely with clients to ensure every aspect of their charter is flawless.
Based in either Monaco or London, you will be required to be happy with extensive travel. Your role will involve managing client relationships and bookings to ensure unmatched customer service experiences. Solid experience in yacht chartering is essential, along with expertise as a Yacht Charter Broker and a strong network within the industry.

Ideal Candidate Criteria
Minimum 1 year of charter experience
Background in the Marine Industry
Previous brokerage experience
Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service
Strong negotiation capabilities
Detail-oriented with adept multitasking skills
Familiarity with local regulations and permits concerning yachting and chartering
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Exposure to cryptocurrency is considered advantageous
Broker Assistant - SS1
Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for a Brokers Assistant to work in the South of France.
- Keeping up to date with all the information of the Brokers’ client portfolios & charter fleet & public information.
- Participate in yacht shows & open days.
- Preparation of relevant documentation for each yacht displayed.
- General office duties (log and manage enquiries for all sources: web, phone, email, etc.).
- Acknowledging & following all company procedures and complying with due diligence and KYC requirements.
- Producing periodic reports.
- Prepare marketing materials & communicate with central agents, external brokers and clients.
- Manage the client database and prepare yacht selections and mailings as instructed by Brokers.
- Liaise with the Listings department for any update of information.
- Prepare draft descriptions for each Central Agency yacht.
